Alicia Houston

Office Manager

Alicia is the Office Manager for Arizona Restorative Psychiatry and has been a part of the practice since the first year we opened. She truly cares about the people we serve and knows how much courage it takes to ask for help. With numerous years of experience in the area of behavioral health and eating disorders, she has a passion for working with this population and making sure that our patients feel heard and are given the highest standard of treatment.

Before coming to Arizona Restorative Psychiatry Alicia worked as an eating disorder recovery coach and has worked in all levels of care from inpatient and residential to PHP and IOP. She strongly believes in the possibility of complete recovery from an eating disorder, and also knows it’s one of the hardest things a person can do.

Alicia cares deeply about eating disorder advocacy and has volunteered with the Eating Disorders Coalition, speaking with members of congress in Washington DC with the hope that treatment can be accessible for all who need it.

Alicia grew up in the mountains of North Carolina and went to school at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington prior to moving to Arizona, where she now calls home, in 2010. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, and spending time with her partner and their two dogs.
