DR. BRAD ZEHRING DO

Dr. Zehring is the CEO and co-founder of Arizona Restorative Psychiatry. Dr. Zehring has a passion for the comprehensive care of eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. Dr. Zehring understands the unique challenges of recovery and partners with his patients in a compassionate manner to help them achieve physical and mental wellness. Dr. Zehring’s approach to psychiatric care is centered on a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space where patients feel understood.
Dr. Zehring has a passion for understanding how nutrition, movement, and relationships impact the overall wellness of his patients. Dr. Zehring seeks to provide highly individualized and evidence-based treatment engaging the patient in a conversation about their well-being.

DR. DAVID CHONG MD
PSYCHIATRIST
Dr. Chong, an Arizona native, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and never left. Along with his colleague, Dr. Zehring, he co-founded Arizona Restorative Psychiatry.
Dr. Chong specializes in management of psychiatric intervention for a full spectrum of psychiatric disorders. His broad based experiences enable him to effectively treat adults who present with mood disorders including: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, attention and impulse-control disorders such as ADHD, and more severe mental illnesses.
Currently, Dr. Chong has an interest in treating patients with anxiety disorders, mood disorder, and adult ADHD.
In addition to his outpatient work, Dr. Chong also works at an Eating Disorder Residential, Alsana, and is the psychiatrist at Santa Barbara residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

ERICA NEAL - PA-C
Psychiatric Physician Assistant
Erica Neal is a board-certified Physician Assistant trained and supervised by Dr. Brad Zehring for the psychiatric treatment of patients with eating disorders.
Erica has an understanding and passion to help patients with their mental health who are either actively struggling with their eating disorder or are in eating disorder recovery and needing additional support. She treats from a Health at Every Size framework and she hopes to provide safety, hope, and compassion for all her patients. She did her training at A.T. Still University and practices whole person health care; with the goal of wellness for the mind, body and spirit.
When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and visiting the best local coffee shops.

JOSI BERNAL PA-C
Psychiatric Physician Assistant
Josi is a board certified Physician Assistant with a passion for mental health. She graduated top of her class from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She then obtained her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University. Her fascination in the connection between physical and mental health drew her to psychiatry. She believes in a holistic approach to mental wellbeing - acknowledging the vital role that nutrition, movement, and healthy relationships all play in reaching the overarching goal of psychological wellness. She practices with warmth and empathy, and enjoys collaborating with her patients to curate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
